Lakefront escape on Cayuga Lake with stunning views just steps from the water. Enjoy your coffee on the dock as the sun rises over the lake. Spend your days swimming & relaxing by the lake, then explore nearby wineries along the Cayuga Wine Trail. Fire up the grill, unwind by the fire pit, and enjoy peaceful evenings on the patio. Check out the local eateries in Trumansburg (5 min) or Ithaca (20 min). **New for 2026: upgraded cleaning standards and a dedicated team for a consistently spotless stay. Fiber WiFi for remote work.

– THE SPACE –
Three-tier cottage with sprawling views of Cayuga Lake and ample outdoor space. The first floor features a fully stocked modern kitchen, updated full bathroom, and open living room. The second floor has three bedrooms: two with lake views, and a third bedroom including a double bed and bunkbeds. The second floor includes a second full bathroom, and the third floor has a fourth bedroom with separate living room, pull-out sofa bed, kitchenette, and a balcony with spectacular lake views.
Step outside onto the covered patio with overgrown pergola, including dining area, BBQ grill, gas fire pit, and ample seating. Venture around the corner and onto the dock, with a large picnic table with seating for 12. Our favorite spot: happy hour and dinner on the dock as the sun sets.
Two kayaks are included and available for your use.
– DETAILS –
You have full exclusive access to the entire home and property during your stay, including the dock. You are welcome to bring your boat(s) to tie up at the dock during your stay. Your Host does not stay at the property.
Summer: Enjoy all 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a second kitchen on the third floor.
*** DRIVEWAY ACCESS ***
The cottage is located at the bottom of a steep gravel driveway with a sharp turn.
You MUST have a 4WD vehicle to use the driveway. Otherwise, you can park at the top and walk down 125 steps (skip the gym) to access the house and lakefront. You can comfortably fit one vehicle at the waterfront. Additional parking is available at the top of the driveway.
** FINAL NOTES **
Dogs without a history of biting are welcome ($150 pet fee applies).
A liability waiver is required prior to check-in.

This is a family home—absolutely no smoking indoors. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside. Thank you for respecting our space.

The house and dock were great! The kids had a great time. The only thing I think people need to know before booking is the fact that you need 4 wheel drive to get down to the house and have only 1 parking space there. The rest of our party had to park at the top of the hill and there are 125 steps down to the house.

Great location. House right on the water. Very comfortable outdoor spaces. Inside layout a bit odd but worked fine for us. This is our 2 nd year and plan to come back again next summer.
