Sofia Apartment - With parking

Odovzdanie a miesto, kde som mal kľúče.

It is outside the city center, but still close. Parking was quite close to the apartment. Check-in and check-out was smooth. The bedsheets were clean. Bathroom was clean. Dishwasher and washing machine were working fine.

The floor was dusty. The toilet is too small and there is no sink. The sofa looks old and dirty. There were only 3 forks. One pan was very old and unusable, the other was not compatible with the stove.

Chýbajúca klíma. Byt je blízko rušnej cesty, takže sa okná kvôli hluku nemohli v noci otvoriť. V lete je teda v byte dosť dusno.

In order to collect the keys from the lock box, we had to search behind a bush next to a rubbish dump. This was 10 p.m. at night when it was very dark. This took ages because we couldn't see properly. The balcony was dirty with rubbish not having been cleared away. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped. However, it was a two bedroom apartment and our plan was to have a bedroom each. Only the bed in the first bedroom was made up, the other bed wasn't. We requested extra bedding from the Landlord both by phone and by email, but received no response at all. The apartment itself is quite nice, and it is well equipped. However, it is in need of some TLC. A better response from the Landlord would have enabled me to score the property much higher.
