Clean property, easy access, and everything I needed for a short stay. Easy to get into city centre using the trams.

Personally, I dealt with it but if you sleep light and/or have windows open for fresh air, your sleep may be disturbed by the trains. I had a front facing apartment and trains went past basically every 3 mins. I placed my insulin in the fridge during my stay to find that the fridge settings were so cold it froze my insulin. I was sick/feeling unwell for the last day of my holiday due to this. Please ensure fridge settings are fridge settings and not freezer settings - I shouldn’t have to worry about this. Unfortunately 4 vials of my insulin were ruined.

The location is very convenient to the train station and buses, about a 5 minute walk. It was very clean, the kitchenette had all that was needed; I had one of the rooms at the back of the property so it was super quite and safe. Huge bathroom. Lovely garden. Clear instructions to self-check in.

I emailed the day before arriving asking about luggage store and never received a reply to this day.

Close to the train station and the old town. Very liked humanless reception and check in. All instruction for checking in are clear and provided on time.

Couldn’t go out to my terrace for some reason.

We booked a deluxe room but were given something else. The photos do not reflect reality, as they only show one of the buildings. The building smelled of mold and was damp. Communication with the host was very difficult, as they either didn't reply or took 2–3 days to respond. The room was not clean, and there were quite a few insects and bugs on the walls. It also had a door leading to a shared courtyard that lacked a curtain, meaning anyone from the other rooms could look in; furthermore, early morning light and sunlight would stream in, causing us to wake up early. There were also broken tiles outside the shower, posing a risk of injury.
