Apartments JonasHouse - Great Location near Bratislava City Center- personal or self check-in

After travelling continuously for four months, I have realised that there are two very different kinds of hosts. Some genuinely care about their guests and take pride in every detail. Their properties are spotless, beautifully maintained, welcoming and equipped with everything a traveller might need. Nothing feels neglected, dirty, unpleasant or provided with reluctance. Then there are others who seem to care only about making money, while showing very little consideration for the people staying in their properties. Unfortunately, I have had two truly dreadful experiences of that kind during this trip. This place represents the complete opposite. It is exceptional. Even before entering the apartment, you immediately notice the care, taste and attention to detail. The staircase and all the common areas are immaculate. Inside, everything is perfectly clean, fresh and beautifully maintained. There are no unpleasant smells, no stains on the walls, no dirty drawers or cupboards, no neglected corners and no signs of poor maintenance. Everything works, everything is thoughtfully arranged, and everything you may need has been provided generously. This is what hospitality should be. It is obvious that the owners respect their guests and genuinely care about their comfort and experience. Places like this deserve the highest recognition from Booking.com. Properties that are neglected, unhygienic or run by people who care only about profit should not be accepted on the platform. There should be a consistent minimum standard, and this accommodation exceeds that standard in every possible way. My sincere congratulations and thanks to the owners. This has been one of the most outstanding stays of my entire four-month journey.

The interior of building immediately impresses as it clearly has been carefully and thoroughly designed, it is simply pleasant to go to your room. Owner personally met us and was very polite and pleasant, as well as very helpful. There is a nice terrace. Location of the house is great as well.

Everything was great, I don’t really have any complains

Very nice apartment in good location. Bus stop to airport just 200 metres from this place. Super friendly host, gave us some advices about Bratyslava. To Old Town 15 minutes walk in through nice parks. Few nice restaurants near by with reasonable prices, shop with basic products in 300 metres. Strong wifi in the room.

Very clean, well maintained property. There was everything we needed. The host was super friendly and helpful. We have nothing to complain about
