- the location was excellent; close to the center, shops, public transport. - the host was very helpful, quickly answering questions, and reacting to the messages fast. - clear and helpful check-in instructions. - the big smart TV in the living room, the design of the furniture, the kitchen lighting, and the cleannness of the building as well as the apartment. - having a separate air conditionaning for the bedroom was very good. - good internet connection.

- the electronic lock (which is adverstised in the pictures) wasn't working. but we could easilly pick up the normal keys without any problem from the place the host described. - maybe we were expecting too much, but when we entered the apartment we were expecting at least a bottle of water. - it was clear that the coffee machine wasn't used for a while as the water container wasn't in a clean condition. - no tea/coffee capsuls ( which were by the way shown in the pictures, but they were not there); at least 1-2 would be good until one goes for shopping. - also the shampoo bottle in the bathroom was empty; plus no shower gel ( which is also shown in the pictures); and of course no cleaning material for the wahsing machine or dishwasher ( apparently you need to buy all of these yourself). - small defects/prbolems with the furtuniture and equipment: e.g. the door handle of the toilet needs repair; the window blinds in both living room and bedroom were defect. - the bed wasn't really confortable. Due to the storage places/drawers under the matress, the bed was making sound everytime you turn around. the sofabed in the living room was much confortable. we slpet only one night in the bedroom, and used the sofabed for slpeeing during the rest of our stay. - the apartment is located in the main road, with cars passing by day and night. although the apartment has very thick windows, the sound of some cars passing by, might wake up some sensitive people. also, you cannot leave the windows open due to the sound ( of course only for people who are not used to this). I don't know why, but to us, the sound seemed higher in the bedroom. that is the trade off of being in the center. So no complain. - in case you need to check out later, need to pay extra money per hour. In our case, the host asked to pay 5 EUR per hour, for check out on 13:00, via the link that the host shares.
