PROS - Location - less than 10 minutes walk from Nivy. It’s a quiet residential area, which we really liked. - The flat itself is pretty and new in a very good condition. - It has everything for a short or longer stay like iron, good ironing board, drying rack, hoover, cleaning products, washing machine and the washing liquid. - The bed was comfortable. - Lots of towels and new sets of linen in a large wardrobe.

CONS - Cleanliness - at a first sight the apartment seemed clean. It was only after spending a few hours there I found dust in less obvious places and corners like on a radiator in a bathroom as I was about to hang my towel. Also few kitchen utensils like mugs or cookware weren't properly cleaned. - The insect screen in a bedroom was broken - which resulted in us getting bitten nightly during our stay and getting woken up by mosquitos! There are a lot of them in the area, so beware. - 4 dishwasher tablets for a 2 week stay. We booked airbnb with a kitchen for a reason - to be able to cook - and got 4 days worth of dishwasher tablets. - No wooden spoon, only 2 cheap plastic ones unsuitable for most cooking. - There is a fully functional oven, however no oven safe pans have been provided, therefore we couldn’t use it. We messaged the property management about it and they said they will escalate it and then we never heard from them again. - Checking out is not very straightforward. The website they are using has a bad UI, which resulted in us ‘checking out’ before we actually checked out. When we tried to contact the property agency to address the issue, on a working day at 10am, we couldn’t reach them for 20 minutes of constant calling and messaging, which was stressful as we had to catch a train.
