Brand new apartment. Parking spot included!

Сподобалося місце розташування, гарний будинок, чистий під'їзд. Просторі кімнати.

Присутній сторонній запах, особливо відчутний коли заходиш з вулиці

Location of the property is pretty much central. Shops, cafees are in normal walking distance (10-15 minutes), Keys were a bit far from entrance to the building but the instructions were pretty clear, so it was okay.

Nothing negative to say, but just to note.. As my stay was short and I did not spent much time in the apartaments. All the kitchen equipment looked alright but as I did not used anything I could not tell how safe or handy it was. Same goes with lavatory, but used it -- shower is okay, everythyng else - too. The apartments even had a balcony, but the weather was rainy and dull, so there aslo were no chance to check how comfy the balcony were ) In general all was good and clean, just not everything was "brand new", although - simple, useful and clean.

Tiszta, viszonylag közel a belvároshoz. A saját privát parkolóhely mindenképp pozitívum és kiemelendő az amúgy zsúfolt, fizető parkolós környéken.

Nehézkes kulcsátvétel/megtalálás nem teljesen világos és egyértelmű instrukciókkal, kényelmetlen kanapé a nappaliban, gyéren felszerelt konyha (edények, hiányzó forgótányér a mikróban), az erkélyen száradó mosás.
