Brand new, confortable, pleasant.

This apartment is absolutely amazing! We loved our stay and were genuinely impressed. Everything is beautifully designed, clean, and finished to a very high standard. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including extras like sugar, salt, cooking oil, tea, and coffee. The host’s communication was outstanding. Every question I had was answered quickly and helpfully. I accidentally left one of my AirPods behind, and they kindly kept it safe for me, stayed in touch, and my friend was able to pick it up and send it back to me. I really appreciated their kindness and honesty.

One thing - the windows overlook the courtyard, where garbage trucks collect the bins at around 5:00 a.m. every morning. The noise woke us up every day. Since there is air conditioning in only one of the rooms, sleeping with the windows closed was quite uncomfortable because it got too warm.

Great location, just a short walk from the Autobus Station(Nivy shopping mall). The apartment is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, all in excellent, like-new condition. The two bedrooms provided a comfortable and restful stay for our family. There are famous restaurants and beer garden nearby, yet the neighborhood is quiet at night, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Truly recommended.

The keys are not in the keybox at check-in time for some clean reasons. As a result, we had to spend about 15 minutes going back and forth between the apartment and another street where the key box was located before we could check in. However, the host responded immediately and gave us clear instructions on what to do next, so the issue was resolved quickly.
