Добрый день, Начиная с персоналом у ресепшене, ребята всегда дружелюбно к клиенту, стараются , Бассейн при отели шикарный...., Огромное спасибо ребятам которые работают на кухне, поварам, . Большой выбор еды, сколько бы не кушал всё равно не распробовал всё, так что огромное спасибо им за это. Еда вышей бал . Каждый вечер устраивает вечеринку это очень хорошо, музыка расслабляет и люди отдыхает, тихо спокойно и не громко. В основном очень хорошо

1. Что такое "клининг " ? Я так и не понял... Постельное белье не меняется ... только поправляется. Полы не убирают... . Полотенца на глаз определяется.. грязный меняют, не видно грязи значит не меняется.... 2. Большой минус стирка белья её просто нет, за это надо платить отдельно и отдавать вещи куда-то, если маленький ребенок стираю в ручную... 3. Глажка белья... Тоже самое, отель большой, утюга два ,один сломан второй занят... Вроде всё включено но не всё Скажите почему не говорил? Говорил с самого начала как зашёл полы грязные в пятнах ... Пришли сфоткали и на этом всё, сам помыл..домыл... Смысл нет говорить

Essen: sehr gut Abends: Sehr schönes Programm: jeder Abend war anders Programm mit Karaoke, Tanz, Show und Live Musik in einem Familiäre Atmosphäre. Anfang von Rezeption, Putzfrauen, die Kellner bis Manager und Chef waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Menschen mit Herz und Respektvoll. Du bist gleichzeitig ein Gast und ein Familie Mitglied. Dankeschön ❤️

За очень умеренную цену я получил комфортный номер с удобной кроватью. До пляжа 10 минут, и там хороший песочек. Спа не успел использовать. Еда вкусная, Пиво хорошее)

The hotel has a great location, just about 500 meters from the beach, an easy 10-minute walk. The beach itself is average: not too many sunbeds but enough for guests. The staff, especially at the reception, were very kind and always tried to help with any issues: from early check-ins to any recommendation in the city or calling the taxi, as well as bringing the luggage to the room and fix things, when needed. The food was good and varied, everything was fresh and tasty. There were plenty of hot dishes, salads, and desserts, and breakfasts were great. The only downside was the limited fruit selection, mostly just watermelon and melon, and it would have been nice to have ice cream more often.

The beach is a bit dirty and rocky, and the entrance to the sea isn’t very comfortable as it is primarily rocky, so most people walk to nearby hotel beaches to swim there instead. Another thing: some guests behaved quite badly in the hotel, they were noisy at night and slammed doors. One guest was even asked to leave for inappropriate behavior, which was unpleasant for everyone. Another negative thing, the bar and café are open until midnight, and the noise from there often makes it hard to sleep if your room is nearby. Room cleaning was also disappointing: during our longer stay, bed linen wasn’t changed once, and cleaning was done very superficially. The tables in the restaurants were not cleaned properly and the clean cutlery was not placed on time on the table before the meal time. Another downside is that there was no clear opening times of the gym. During rainy days, when one may need the gym, the gym was closed in the afternoon, for example.
