The apartment was spacious, and we especially enjoyed the terrace and the jacuzzi. Free parking was available right next to the apartment in the white-marked parking spaces, which was very convenient.

There was no proper refrigerator, only a small cooler that didn’t keep food and drinks cold enough. The air conditioning was also quite noisy.

The property was in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. We felt very safe there, as it was situated in a lovely neighbourhood. The housekeeper, Gianni, was very kind and helpful during our stay.

Unfortunately, the property was dirty upon our arrival. The table and the fridge had not been cleaned, and there were many ants throughout the house. We asked for cleaning products, but none were provided. The fridge was supposedly cleaned, but it had clearly not been touched, as the bottles and other items inside were still in the same position. The jacuzzi was completely emptied and refilled, although it was still not perfectly clean. On the penultimate day, we requested a change of towels and some toilet paper. However, when we returned, the dirty towels were still on the floor where we had left them. Only fresh towels and toilet paper had been placed on top of the table, while the dirty ones had not been removed. The bathroom also flooded when too much water was used in the shower.
