VL Luxury Apartment - Housea

The location was central and the apartment was clean.

There was a problem with using the sofa bed. Booking.com advertises the property as two bedroom three beds and that the entire place is yours. I requested that the third bed be made up as we were travelling with our two older kids. The place said there was an extra charge of €25 per night to use the bed. It took a lot of going back and forth with them and booking.com but eventually it was sorted and we were not charged for the bedding. It took several hours to sort this out and left a really bad taste in our mouths! The property did not budge so it was booking.com that eventually sorted it out. I would not stay here again because of how the property dealt with this situation. If you wish to have the third bed make sure you sort this out in advance to avoid being hit with the extra charge. Note the extra cost is apparently only if you are a party of 4 (not 6). Also the property is advertised as number 5 but it is number 3 which caused some confusion.

Beware for private concerts as the appartement was in a building with a music stage. It was very noisy until Midnight for one of the nights we were there.

Excelente alojamiento. Cumplió completamente con nuestras expectativas y fue muy cómodo para cinco adultos. El departamento está muy bien equipado, limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estadía. El estacionamiento nos resultó muy práctico, aunque tiene un costo adicional. Un punto para destacar es la atención de Housea, la empresa familiar que administra el departamento. Además de ser muy amables y atentos, también ofrecen servicios turísticos. Contratamos con ellos un paseo en barco por Polignano a Mare y la experiencia fue excelente, cumpliendo exactamente con lo prometido. Como única observación, el servicio de internet no funciona correctamente. En nuestro caso no fue un problema porque prácticamente no lo utilizamos, pero puede ser un dato importante para quienes necesiten trabajar o contar con una conexión estable. Sin dudas volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos.
