On the first floor, is a very comfortable apartment overlooking Via Roma, equipped with all the comforts that can accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The apartment is the ideal solution for those who want to enjoy a holiday in the historic center of Polignano a Mare, but without giving up the comforts that only a modern apartment can provide.
The apartment has double access: a private one directly from Via Roma and one shared with the second floor apartment which also gives access to the terrace.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen stocked with appliances, a microwave, and induction stovetop. The living room has a comfortable sofa and TV. The relevant terrace is located on the second floor and has a table, chairs, and sofas for relaxing outdoors.
