Nice apartment but only one bathroom

A clean apartment in a good location in the centre of Rovinj.

Apartment was advertised as having 2 bathrooms however this is false as there was only 1 bathroom and a second WC. We would not have booked of this was correctly stated. Also, the property is in the third floor and there were no lights in the stairs which was a problem. There is no elevator so you need to be able to carry luggage up and down the stairs.

We had a rental car and parking was expensive and not very close. It is also a third story apartment so there are many stairs.

Perfect stay in the middle of Rovinj

The appartment is just amazing, big and cozy with a wonderful view, super cool deco. All was really nice!

In one room there are no blinds, if you are sensible to the light in the morning..... no microwave.

Exceptional

Very nice, new, clean and confortable appartment in downtown Rovinj. The host communication and information provided are top notch. He kindly allowed us a late checkout to enjoy the city a bit more. The little Coffee in a tiny and beautifull plaza downstair is a plus. Thanks you gain we enjoyed our stay a lot 😀

Exceptional

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Rubini apartment in Rovinj, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The location of the apartment is simply fantastic. Situated in the heart of old town, at the third floor, facing lovely Casale square, it offers convenient access to the town's galleries, shops and restaurants. As I entered the apartment, I was immediately struck by its tasteful and stylish Mediterranean decor, spacious, bright rooms, with fishes and boats in every picture or decor. It was absolutely clean. The attention to detail truly creates a serene and relaxing ambiance. The apartment has big living room with a large flat TV ( we didn’t use it), good internet, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen if you need it, bathroom and separate toilet. We had a lot of towels available so didn’t have to calculate with that and there was a hairdryer. The two bedrooms were beautifully appointed, each with comfortable double beds and ample storage space. The kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances, Nespresso machine and storage cups, everything you might need. We saw a washing machine in the bathroom, but didn’t use it. I guess this is also an option. The balcony is narrow but facing Casale square with charming bar down there playing chill-out music whole day. We had a morning coffee at our balcony just listening the music and enjoying the view at the rooftops. In conclusion, Rubini app in Rovinj offers a truly enchanting stay. Its unbeatable location, impeccable decor, and comfort create a remarkable retreat for anyone seeking a taste of the Mediterranean lifestyle. I can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and would come again.

Top Lage, schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Lage und Unterkunft. Große geräumige Dusche, alles sauber, top!

Leider kein Parkplatz inkludiert, was aber auch Sinn macht bei der Lage mitten in der Stadt. Es waren nur 3 Rollen Klopapier dort für eine Gruppe von 5 Erwachsenen für 3 Nächte. Das war also etwas knapp dosiert.

Einfach eine tolle Wohnung, so kann man den Urlaub und Rovinj voll genießen

Super schöne Wohnung, direkt in der Altstadt. Mitten drin statt nur dabei :). Mehr kann man Rovinj nicht erleben. Schön eingerichtet, sehr bequeme Betten

Trotz Regen in den 1ten 2 Tagen schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder wenn es günstiges Parken gibt.

Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt. Schlüsselcode der Apartmenttür funktionierte nicht. Da nach Rücksprache mit Vermieter und mehrmaligen Versuchen die Tür mittels telefonisch übermittelten Code zu öffnen, nicht gelang. Wurde vom Vermieter Personal entsandt welches nach 20 Minuten eintraf und mit Schlüssel die Tür entsperrte. Es lag ein elektronischer Defekt vor der behoben wurde.

Parkmöglichkeit am Parkplatz ca. 700 meter entfernt nur stündlich. Kosten pro Std im April 2 Euro und 48 Euro pro Tag. Für 8 Tage Aufenthalt 384 Euro. Tagesparkplatz in Zone 2 oder 3 ca. 1000 Meter entfernt um 25 Euro im April möglich. Freie Parkplätze sind weit weg und in der Osterwoche verparkt. Es wurde von der Unterkunft keine günstige Parlmöglichkeit angeboten. Weiters wurden e-mail und Telefongespräche in Englisch geführt und nicht ins Deutsche übersetzt, wobei es auf Grund meiner relativ schlechten Englischkenntnisse zu Missverständnissen bezüglich Parkgebühren kam. Es sollte Übersetzungsprogramm angeboten werden.

Smakfull leilighet med fantastisk beliggenhet.

Flott leilighet, rent og med god atmosfære. Godt utstyrt med håndklær, toalettpapir og kaffekapsler. Rolig nabolag. Koselige små butikker og spisesteder rett utenfor døra. God kommunikasjon med Lukas.

Appartement très bien situé Spacieux confortable des fenêtres qui donnent sur les toits avec des vues différentes sur la ville Nous avons adoré. Très bien décoré. Système de clé et code confortable pour nous Proprio dispo à distance parfait avec de bons conseils Nous nous sommes sentis bien des que nous avons passé la porte, sentiment partagé par toute la famille, mari, enfants ado et bb. J ai demandé un lit bb le matin même et l ai eu. Merci je recommande et y retournerai avec plaisir.

Ce n est pas du negatif juste 2 remarques pour les futurs voyageurs : Un détail qui ne nous a pas empêche de passer de bonnes nuits car lit très confortable rideau fin dans la chambre à coucher et pas de volet dans une chambre, l autre volets, avec des rideaux plus epais nous aurions eu moins de lumière le matin. Escalier pas d ascenseur , ce qui permet d avoir une super vu sur la mer, le clocher, les toits, la ruelle, le restau dans bas avec ambiance chaleureuse. Les marches sont sécurisées et pas difficiles à monter notre enfant de 2 ans le faisait plusieurs par jour.
