Great host, great location, the water just outside the apartment was lovely (albeit cold at the time of year!). Highly recommended to hire bikes, they make travel around the coast so nice and easy

The kitchenette was a bit lacking (pans were oldish/no microwave). The apartment had a bit of panopticon feel as there were windows all around the bed, but in practice this wasn't so bad as one could close the curtains at night... but if you forget people outside can see everything! The terrace was also not a private terrace which wasn't super clear in the pictures. In the end none of this was particularly important as we spent all day outside and I imagine most people would too.

Great view and modern property.

Lovely view and great location, a quick drive to Rovinj. Pictures are a true representation of the place. It's modern and lovely. If given the choice, the green room with balcony has an elevated covered balcony, the room with the pink flowered couch does not, just a role out shade.

The hot water should be turned up, there's only enough for one quick shower and it takes a long time to recharge. Checkout is 10am and it's cash only. The room next door is the breakfast common area for the B&B in the same location; it's next to the room with the pink flowered couch and is very loud in the morning from 7:30 onwards.

Just perfect, very nice reception by the Mohar family with wine and bruschetta. Everything we needed was taken care of.

This is a great place for a relaxing holiday for family

We like everything: beautiful comfortable apartment, with a huge blooming terrace, lovely sea views, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and furniture, 2 large bedrooms with comfortable beds and large wardrobes, a good bathroom, white linens and towels, which were regularly changed. We really liked the owners of the apartments, they are very friendly, helpful, so kind. Thanks so much for a great stay! We will come again.

I liked it pretty much!

We got an apartment with the sea view and Gooooosh....it was amazing!! Like a picture from the best romantic novels. Apartments are around 3-4km from the city center, but right next to the sea.

Wi-fi connection sometimes was really weak( but in case you come just to relax and not to handle any business - it’s ok :) And the beach nearby was very rocky. However children were still playing there and owners did their best to organize safe and gentle exit to the water.

Simply amazing

Lovely, quiet place with sea view from your terrace. Warm welcome with wine and bruscetta, the hosts amazingly friendly and helpfull, nothing is too much! Taxi boat to Rovinj (30kn pp oneway) within nice walking distance from the appartement. Appartment was great and we will return someday!

The one we missed in the appartment was an extractor hood.

Everything was perfect. Lewis was extremely helpful and friendly. Drink and snack on arrival was very welcome and unexpected

Sehr erholsamer Kurzurlaub mit Familie

Die Lage ist sehr ansprechend, Einrichtung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung sind top, die Terrasse mit Blick auf‘s Meer ein Traum, der Einstieg ins Meer vor der Haustür.

Die Betten waren etwas hart (ist wohl Geschmackssache). Nebenan spielt ein Strandlokal nachmittags sehr laute Musik mit harten Beats, allerdings nur auf kurze Zeit begrenzt.
