BLU Double Room with Seaview 5is a 3star Studio.It is located in Borik - part of the town very close to beautiful beaches and 3 km from town centre.In high season, the connection to the town center is excellent: frequent bus and taxi boat lines. The accommodation is located near the Family Hotel Amarin, which offers a wide variety of sports activities for all age groups, as well as playgrounds for children. Interior size is 28m2. It is located on floor: 1. An additional feature of this accommodation is the sea view. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. During summer season for each guest is available 1 sun chair and for each accommodation unit 1 sunshade. No extra charges are required. The accommodation provides beach towels upon request. For beach towels is required a deposit of 15€ per towel. The deposit money will be given back when the guest returns the towels.
PARKING: Private parking is not available. Free public parking space can be found near the property.

Einfach wunderbar!
Das Zimmer Nr. 5 hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Lydia mit ihrem Hund Luna ist sehr freundlich.
Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt.
Im Restaurant haben wir einmal gegessen, hervorragend, zu diesem Preis sehr exklusiv!

Помешкання знаходиться на самому пляжі неподалік м.Ровінь,кімната #5 має неперевершений краєвид на море(панорамне вікно)!!!Чудові сніданки у кафе готелю на терасі на пляжі -смачні та різноманітні.Господиня привітна та корисна. Є безкоштовний паркінг.

Die Lage am Meer ist nicht zu übertreffen, Frühstück direkt am Meer mit Blick auf Rovinj, das gibt es selten so schön. Wir hatten Zimmer 5 mit direktem Meerblick, wirklich ausgesprochen schön. Das Frühstück wurde Corona-bedingt serviert und war sehr gut. Wir haben dreimal im Restaurant gegessen, das Essen ist sehr gut, aber relativ teuer. Allerdings bekommt man als Hotel-Gast 10% von der Rechnung abgezogen und hat den Luxus, direkt am Meer zu sitzen und nicht mehr fahren zu müssen. Das Personal ist wirklich freundlich. Am Meer stehen für die Hotelgäste direkt vor dem Hotel Liegen und Sonnenschirme kostenlos zur Verfügung, kleine Kiesbucht, in der man gut ins Wasser gehen kann.
Dass man beim Frühstück den 2. Kaffee/Cappuccino extra bezahlen soll finden wir bei dem Zimmerpreis etwas kleinlich. Nur zwei Parkplätze. Wenn viele Badegäste den nebenan gelegenen Badestrand bevölkern, kann Be- und Entladen sowie die Suche nach einem (nahen) Parkplatz schwierig werden.
