Zee zicht betekent dat je in de verte een stukje zee kan zien, je zit niet aan de zee. Het apartement is netjes en schoon, wasmachine is prettig. Keuken is erg compleet ingericht. Via een tussenstraatje aan de overkant ben je zo bij het strand. Dit is een kiezelstrand. Er gaat een treintje naar het centrum van Rovinj, en je kunt terug met de watertaxi, erg leuk. Dolfijnen excursie is een aanrader. Prima plek vooral als je van houdt van watersport.
Zeezicht is niet echt zeezicht, er loopt een doorgaande weg voor langs het apartement dit kan lawaaierig zijn als je op het balkon buiten zit. Weinig schaduw bij de zee. Geen zandstrand. Bank is een beetje doorgezakt. Behalve naar Rovinj is er niet zoveel te doen in de omgeving.

The apartment was spacious, completely up to date, with lots of amenities. The owner was very concerned that our stay went well. The outdoor patio was nice.
The sea view was a bit of a stretch but it was an easy walk away. The only major drawback was the 2+km distance from the center - not really ideally walkable. That said, I doubt you could find such a modern and spacious apartment close to town.

Tolles Apartment! Die Ausstattung ist top mit einer sehr schönen Küche, zwei Bädern und zwei Schlafzimmern. Zwei Autostellplätze sind mit dabei. Zusätzlich vier Fahrräder für Ausflüge!
Die Betten könnten etwas härter sein. Die Tiefgarage ist extrem eng.

Rent, modernt, rymligt och med allt vi behövde. Två badrum, många tv-kanaler, stor balkong och även det lilla extra med olivolja, salt, tvättmedel mm
Bra med bad bara 200 meter från bostaden, men längre till strand med skugga.
