Lovely little farmhouse for our one night stay. Towels for everyone provided including the dogs! Fire already roaring on arrival
More logs would have been nice but didn’t spoil the stay and maybe a pint of milk on arrival just for ease

We loved our stay here, the property was in an ideal location for what we needed. It was lovely to look out the window at the ducks waddling across the yard! The house was perfect for us and our dog. We arrived in the dark and it was getting cold, so arriving to a ready lit log burner was a very thoughtful touch, thank you so much for that! We would very much like to return and explore more of the area!
There is nothing not to like, the property had everything we needed.

Everything really, from the gentleman meeting us when we arrived and straight away showing my 2 young boys the tractors and the cows and the ducks and the really friendly dogs and cat. The accomadation was great with everything you needed for a couple of nights, it felt very homely. It says it all my 2 boys asked when can we come back.
If i had 1 little problem and it is little was the radiators work off the log burner, so i would imagine it can be quite cool over the winter months, but it also might be really cosy, because it was warm the 2 days i was there never got to find out

Easy location to find, on a lovely working farm. The property was nice, the lounge especially was really lovely and cosy. The bathroom had all the supplies you'd need and was always warm with the boiler being in there. Fab location for local walks such as the Roaches and Thors cave. As a plus for the kids, the WiFi was really good, and the TV had netflix , Disney etc available for us to login to. Welcoming gifts of chocolate and biscuits was a lovely touch, thank you.
Need to keep the fire going constantly, and has to be very hot for the radiators to kick in. Opening the door though filled the room with smoke so ended up opening the windows a lot! Think we mastered it by the end of the second day though. (Would have probably asked for assistance if we were staying any longer and the hosts would definitely have helped , but we only stayed for 3 days)
