All new and clean.
Check-in and check-out is delegated to a service provider called The Good Butler. There will be nobody there for check-in, you get a PIN online to open a key box next to the entry door. Sounds goods in the first place. However, the implementation of this process is a disaster. The days before our arrival we received long, complicated e-mails daily, sometimes twice a day to pay deposit, to collect these or those data, to send endless information. At the end of the stay you get long mails how you will have to leave the apartment, with a threat that your deposit will be withheld if you don‘t comply. The hole process is a nuisance. Never again!
