About this apartment rental
This large apartment (120 m2) is located in front of the sandy beach of Agosta. On the horizon, the Sanguinaires Islands, the tip of the Parata.
Very spacious living space, facing west, with large terrace in front.
Fully equipped kitchen, convection oven, steam oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, full cookware for 6 people, etc
3 bedrooms with large wardrobes, opening onto the rear terrace, equipped with garden furniture.
2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, one with single sink, cupboard in which there is a washing machine and dryer) and a toilet, the other with a double sink and a toilet.
Activities on the beach: parasailing, towed buoys, pedal boat and paddle rental, personal watercraft, diving club, beach hut at the end.
Essential shops at the foot of the building, grocery store with hot spot, butcher's caterer, wine cellar. 500 m all shops; mini-market, bakery, pharmacy, post office, newsagent, restaurants, spa at the Radisson hotel.
Agosta is a 10-minute drive from Porticcio, where you will find everything you need more, fuel, supermarket, clothing stores, bars, ice cream parlours, restaurants, bank, opticians, doctors, and other health professionals, Tourist Office, boat pier, connections to Ajaccio, Imperial city, but also with its Fech museum, (graphic art cabinet, Italian paintings from the XIV to the XVIIIth century...), its markets of local products, fish, ... shopping streets or for days of discovery towards the Scandola reserve, Calanques de Piana, Girolata, 3 sites classified as World Heritage Sites, Bonifaccio, Lavezzi Islands.
Also 10 minutes from the Iselle peninsula, fitness trail, climb to the perfectly restored Genoese tower, beautiful sandy beaches, straw huts, a little further on the splendid Silver Beach, a paradise for families. Hiking in the eucalyptus forest, with the remains of the Coti Chiavari penitentiary.
