T3 Le Bohème au Villas Acum - Domaine de Standing avec Vue Mer & Excellente situation géographique

Beautiful view, on the mountains in the back, forested hills and the sea, with fantastic sunsets and planes of Ajaccio airport (not to many and distant enough to be entertaining). The house faces West, ideal for late breakfast in the cool shadow in high season and dinner with sunsets. The location is close to beatiful beaches, town centres with nice bars/restaurants at the beach (Porticcio) with shops (also in Agosta), and close to Ajaccio. There is airco in every room, and the kitchen is well equiped. However it misses a water boiler, and the bar block tips over when you open both drawers at the same time.

The balcony has less privacy than the photos online suggest (see photos, apartment on top floor on the left) as the house is located in a densely built gated community. It is located outside the towns of Porticcio and Molino-Agosta, which town centres are not on walking distance. The contact person (on behalf of the owner) contacted us rather late, was rather directive when explaining the rules, while we had to make our own beds. All fine, we can do that, but this simply doesn't match the price per night in our opinion.
