About this villa rental
Wooden frame villa composed of two separate dwellings (only one of which is for rent).
Top of villa offering 150 m² of living space with independent entrance located in a private domain and in a quiet environment.
The villa has a resolutely modern architecture where geometric shapes are in the spotlight.
The villa on two levels is distributed as follows:
On the ground floor: an equipped kitchen open to a spacious and bright living room/living room with bay windows giving direct access to the outdoor terraces, completed by a laundry room and a toilet.
On the upper level: a corridor serves an office and two air-conditioned bedrooms with two double beds (160x200) each with their private bathroom. A terrace offers a sea view and a terrace offers a garden view.
Outside: a swimming pool (13 X 3) located in the middle of the two houses, wooden terraces offering a beautiful sea view, garden.
You have easy parking in front of the house.
The villa is ideally located: quiet, in a wooded subdivision, in a dominant position allowing a nice sea view.
It is close to the many beautiful beaches on the south shore of Ajaccio (5 mins by car for the nearest beach), close to the many shops in Porticcio and close to the imperial city of Ajaccio (15 mins by car, 20 by sea shuttle). It is also an ideal starting point to discover Corsica
Bed linen and bath towels provided.
Possibility of adding an extra bed for a child.
Note: presence of 2 nice cats outside.

We had a fantastic week in this great home with amazing views down to the sea. Lovely helpful hosts and everything we could need in a vacation home, and more. The house is perfectly designed to cope with hot weather, and the pool is great. We look forward to visiting again soon.
