The property was spacious and clean, very much new.
The fact that housekeeping sometimes would forget to give towels, lotions and soaps on some days. The AC breaking down a couple of times during my stay there which proved to be quite difficult for me

Excellent stay at this brand new hotel.
The location is perfect, within walking distance of the shopping district, restaurants, the train station and the river. Our room had a balcony facing historic landmark.
The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone in the staff , was warm, friendly and incredibly helpful, offering personal attention and great local recommendations throughout our visit. The team in the breakfast area was equally welcoming and attentive.
A wonderful hotel with an unbeatable location and outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Decor, cleanliness, efficient staff
Bath towels are very, very small, no elevator to my room. Had to climb stairs
