Villa with terrace overlooking the city park

The apartment is large, clean and has pretty much all the facilities you'd need. Right on the edge of the park so lots of activities there, about 15 min to get to the Heroes square.

The only downside is that we were requested by the host to pay an additional fee that wasn't mentioned in the description the reason being that min stay is 3 nights and we had 2, not sure why booking allowed the reservation in the first place in that case. Another thing worth mentioning is that the garage is on the smaller side. It wasn’t a major issue for our Audi A4, but there is a step, and the bottom of the car scraped the floor a bit. Also there a bit of traffic noise so although you're on the edge of the park, you can't sleep with the windows open.

Everything was just perfect. The host is great and easy to reach. The apartment has everything you might need - the full-on kitchen, extra towels, extra blankets. The cozy chair in the library corner stole my heart. The paintings, books, and little details are fascinating. The park view is peaceful and quiet. The house is close to the road, but that never disturbed our sleep. The location is near a park, and public transportation is easy. The overall area is very family-friendly. We will surely return here in warmer weather to explore the terrace.

Sehr komfortable, geräumige Wohnung direkt am Stadtwäldchen, in der man sich wirklich wohlfühlt! Perfekt ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Möbel und Betten, hohe Räume mit viel "Luft", sonnige Süd/West Terrasse mit Ausblick ins Grüne. Gute Busverbindungen zu Bahnhof und Innenstadt direkt vor der Türe, und mit einem kleinen Spaziergang ist auch die Metro zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dazu eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, die uns bei der Ankunft bereits vor dem Haus erwartet hat, und auch sonst sehr hilfreich für einen schönen Aufenthalt gesorgt hat! Man kann sich hier "zu Hause" fühlen!
