UBI Home Apartments

The location is very good, very close to center and right next to a beautiful park with an amazing museum. The location was also very convenient for us because we wanted to be close to Puskás Arena. Parking on the street right in front of the building was also great as we arrived with the car. Check in was super easy and we received the information on time. The flat was good for those two nights that we stayed but wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay. It has all you need for a short stay, coffee machine, stove for a quick cooking (we didn’t use it though) bathroom is nice. It was a good value for money for us for sure.

The flat is smaller than it seemed on the photos. We stayed in Budapest before and it’s common to have a small flat like this but this was so far the smallest. What we didn’t like was the fact that we could hear everything from the two other flats in the “complex”. We got woken up in the morning thinking somebody entered out flat while it was only the neighbouring guests. Also the place is quite dark, but we didn’t really stay there, we just slept there.

Coffee machine

Too small for me, no space. It seemed like the floor hadn't been wet cleaned.

Me and my son spent 4 wonderful nights at UBI Home Apartments, and i can sincerely recommend it to anyone who wants to make the most of their stay in Budapest. The apartment no.2 is super clean, equipped with all households that you need. For such a small space, it is very well organized. The communication with the owner was very clear, quick and understandable with very accurate instructions. A big plus is the patio where you can enjoy a coffee and a snack. It is relatively close to Heroes' square and is easily accesible to all major attractions. The bathroom is also super clean, being equipped with towels, a hairdryer and a wall-mounted heater. The bed was super comfy, but you have to be careful with the stairs because they are a bit steep. The building is old, but very quiet and safe. Overall, it was a great pleasure to stay at UBI home apartments, and it really feels like home, away from home!
