Central Park Apartman

Good location. Very well equipped apartment with a Smart TV, hairdryer, refrigerator, fans, and kitchen equipment. Fresh towels and bed linen were provided, as well as coffee, spices and washing gel. Plenty of space, with a table, chairs and a sofa. Flexible check-in and check-out. Clear instructions from the host on how to enter the apartment.

The building and surrounding area are a little run-down. Some areas of the apartment could have been a little cleaner. There was a slight unpleasant smell, possibly due to limited ventilation. The apartment could benefit from some minor refreshing. The ceiling on the mezzanine is quite low, which may be less comfortable for taller guests. The blind does not fully cover the window.

Выспаться было сложно 😣 Не хватает блэк аут штор … Очень светло в помещении… Светильник возле кровати не работает( Странно что рамки без картин , пустые 😅 Так же одеяла там очень тонкие были(

The communication with the host was good, responses were fast, and the location was very convenient.

However, we were a bit disappointed with the condition of the apartment itself. It is clear that the place needs renovation and some updates, as many things look worn out and not well maintained. The bed was clean, but for example the wall next to it was quite dirty. The bathroom was generally clean, but the shower area and the faucet look very old and, because of that, appear dirty, which made the space feel uncomfortable and not very cozy.
