Хорошая локация. Апартаменты на втором этаже (сдание без лифта) Апартаменты небольшие , состоят из кухни и комнаты. входишь и сразу кухня, затем небольшая ванная комната с маленькой ванной, раковиной и туалетом и стиральной машиной . Дальше большая комната с столом и 4 стульями. В следующей части комнаты диван с телевизором и на втором уровне два двуспальных места. Окна в соседнее сдание. В квартире тихо, и уютно. Но неприятно удивила грязь, кухня требует более внимательной уборки, плитка у плиты в жирных пятнах, не хватает ложек и лопатки для готовки. Под кроватью пыль, полы в целом не очень чистые. В ванной не очень приятный запах, было бы неплохо поставить освежитель воздуха.
