Finding the property was slightly hard in that the alley behind the houses where the entry door is located is behind a large black door with no signage on it but wasn't too hard to work it out.

Lovely property in the heart of Llanidloes

This is a lovely property in the heart of Llanidloes. It is very well appointed with everything we needed. It was very clean and communication was very efficient, very friendly and helpful. There is free on street parking available with a free car park a short walk away. There is a choice of pubs, takeaways, restaurants within walking distance. There is also a small supermarket nearby. I would stay here again and I'm happy to recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Not suitable for someone with access issues.

Hi Rachel, I was traveling with my adult son who has had a stroke. So it was difficult for him to go up and down two steep staircases. Although there’s a bannister on the first flight there isn’t a bannister leading up to the bedrooms. The description doesn’t give any information that accommodation is on the first and second floors and that it may not be suitable for persons with access issues. We think you might consider adding this.

Great stay for weary “Old Boys” on long distance cycle ride

An excellently presented, smart & modern looking interior. The extra touches, like complementary tea, coffee, bottled water etc and Welshcakes was a thoughtful touch and the free WiFi was ever so useful. I slept wonderfully well in the double bed (main bedroom) and my friend Vic had an equally comfortable sleep in the single bed. Communication from Rachel was excellent and the directions & instructions provided made locating and accessing the house completely stress-free. A perfect place for two weary “Old Boys” to rest our heads mid-way along the Lon Cambria long-distance cycle route but I imagine it would be brilliant for longer stays too. We will be trying to book again if we get out this way again.

Perfect accommodation and excellent host.

Rachel was quick to reply to any messages. The location was perfect and her property was beautiful with everything you could need for a short or longer stay. We stayed for a wedding close by but the location is convenient for an explore further afield. Thank you for letting us book with you Rachel 5* would recommend.

Amazing time away and incredible hosts

Everything, very stylish and it kept lovely and warm and cosy even though it was very cold outside. Lovely bathroom and shower and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The owner was an incredible host, went out of her way to look after us and I can’t say thank you enough. Lovely little holiday.

Brilliant property that exceeded our expectations and was warm and cosy over the Christmas period.

The location of this property was exceptional - walking distance to everything in town. Accessing the property was super easy with a lock box near the front door to access the keys. We had a small issue with how to lock the door however Rachel met us on site to go over the process. The house was immaculate with enough space the 4 of us. We were visiting over Christmas and Rachel made the house feel warm with a Christmas tree set up - something she didn't have to do but was a special touch :) Loved our stay in Llani and the accommodation was perfect for our needs.

The house is immaculate; clearly recently refurbished, it is carefully designed, thoughtfully equipped and kept beautifully clean.

There were one or two faults, evidently teething troubles, which the host will no doubt put right.

A lovely, newly set up accommodation which was very clean and made for a pleasant overnight stay.

Clean and comfortable.

Bedside lights didn’t seem to be connected to the switches… large living room would have benefited from losing the low round table and having a small table and chairs so we could sit and eat food from it instead on balancing on our laps. Also (although not the fault of the host) but the local pub was not serving food and most other food places in the High Street were closed as it was Monday. We still like to eat on a Monday…

Keys to the property were located in a coded lock box next to the entrance door. Very modern apartment on two floors with a separate kitchen and bathroom. Very well decorated and equipped. Will definitely return in the future. Beds very comfortable.

No dedicated parking however there was plenty of on street availability and a pay and display car park within a short walk of the property so not an issue for us.

High spec apartment. Coffee machine. Owner was very responsive and really great in answering any questions. Location of a right in the middle of town and very convenient for all the facilities. Very clean and well set out.

Nice to be able to park just outside and use the shop below to access the property. Two flights of fairly steep stairs took a little bit of negotiating carrying stuff up and down. Would imagine this would cause a few problems for people with mobility problems. We found the place to be comfortable and fitted out to a very good standard. Everything worked including the fire in the living room once we had worked out how to get it going (if there were instructions, we couldn't find them). And although overlooking the road we had no problems with noise.

Super little apartment that’s clean, modern and comfortable. Located perfectly right in the heart of Llanidloes. Amazing host who kept in contact to make sure everything was ok for me. Little touches such as complimentary Welsh cakes made a lasting impression on a superb weekend stay.

Very nice and clean, well decorated and furnished, made it feel like you was at home! The host was very polite and helpful on the phone too! Left us 4 beers in the fridge too which was a lovely surprise! Lovely little area with amenities close by including pubs shops and takeaways, would definitely book again!
