A lovely last minute find and would definitely recommend:)

It was so lovely and clean and all the little decorations were so cute! My little one loved spotting all the little fairy houses and he loved the dog on the stairs! So close to everything and the free parking across the road was perfect! Definitely stay again and invite the family next time too! We had a game of darts in the Angel inn too.

The only thing I can say is that the sofa wasn’t very comfy but I understand it was a sofa bed and I was on the floor mainly any way playing with my little one.

A gem.

Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Tv in both bedrooms. Location was excellent for what we wanted to do and also in walking distance to local shops. Free carpark over the road. We loved our stay.

Unfortunately there were road works across the road at the time of our stay. Luckily we were up early anyway for our trips out.

Ideally located cosy stay in wonderful Llani.

Fab location for town amenities and local areas of interest. Brilliant to have a free car park across the road. House was very cosy to return to at the end of a long day walking. Heating was spot on! Small but very well equipped kitchen.

There was nothing I didn’t like but would be good to have small clothes rail with a few hangers. We did bring some nice clothes for a meal out but no where to hang them up.

Well equiped house that felt cosy but with good sized bedrooms.

Small detail but a fridge with a freezer would have been useful otherwise very well equiped kitchen.

Weekend away.

Lovely clean house. Everything we needed. Plenty of space for a family. Easy to access the property and parking straight opposite. Close to local pub and local shop. Excellent communication from booking. Great base for us visiting dyfi bike park 40 mins away.

Great house, great location!

We had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Location was great, 6 minutes in car from Glygynwdd wedding barn, where we attended a fantastic wedding. The house was cosy, beds were comfortable and they even provided milk and biscuits.

The stairs were very steep and tall people would bang there heads going up and down. But we were fit enough to manage the stairs and not overly tall!

Great location and lovely access to car park. Great facilities for only a few days. The dogs loved the river nearby and the quirky town was nice. The house had everything we needed, which was great on late arrival.

Glad we booked and we will definitely be back, the village has a great variety of eateries and shops and the locals are

Booked for the opening week, nice homely feel throughout, everything we needed was there for us to use and loved looking at all the figures and pictures. We felt very welcome along with our dogs, who had their own dog bed in the top bedroom! Look forward to coming back in the summer, thank you very much!!

Possibly needing a bigger tv, but we spent a lot of our time out and about so didn’t effect our stay
