Perfect location for our requirements, the property had everything we needed for a great stay.
Although it didn’t make much difference to the holiday, the WIFI could not be located to attach too our phones.

On a development between the harbour and the bay. Upside down house with a balcony overlooking the sea/river, plenty of seabirds and waders to watch along with the occasional steam train. Two steps from the steam railway train station, bars, shops and restaurants.

The location
The rooms were very hot - the heater was on. We only realised the second day - so someone must have left it on before us but we only realised the morning after.

Very well equipped.
Fantastic location. Peaceful.
Comfortable spacious accommodation.
Amazing views.
Would definitely stay again.
No toilet roll on arrival.
No grill pan.
Kitchen was overrun with ants (although unusual extreme heat).
Needed a good hoovering as several items found from previous occupants.
