Could be much better than this!

The view is good.

The check in is a disaster. They gave us the wrong code of the courtyard. There is no instruction for how to access the flat, I mean how to get to the flat as it’s an odd way! The flat is not clean, I found leftover bottle lid, the floor is dusty as well. The flat is very dated, the shower is leaking, floor is not even.

Comfortable stay with amazing views.

Perfect location with stunning views over the harbour and on into mountains. Very good strong shower and good WiFi too.

Main TV screen in communal lounge was very small and welcome pack of basics was pretty meagre for a group of 4-ie only 2 loo rolls and 2 dishwasher tablets & 1bin liner & 1small box of teabags and some biscuits for a 4night stay over New Year.

Fantastic view

The location is perfect, there is a climb of 36 steps, so not good if you have mobility issues. Great amenities, ideal for family.

Ridiculous early checkout @9am, far too early when you can't check in until 16:00. TVs are tiny. Bedroom on top floor got beam that you have to climb over to get in. Hammock ripped, needs replacing. Lamp shade broken and two light bulbs out in the bathroom.

Style over substance sadly - only minor niggles but they add up!

Fabulous location and stylish property

Needs a bit of TLC - as other guests have noted, bath plug broken, fridge shelf broken, shower needs repair as doors do not open easily and massive issue with the water pump as sounds like it’s going to explode. Also, not very dog friendly as no secure area to let the ‘one’ dog out that is allowed at the property.

The view from the bedroom and sitting room.

The beam mentioned in the apartment description sounded like a floor beam but in reality was a diagonal beam which almost blocks the door (see photo attached). The comments in the visitor book (from 2021) mentioned several issues which are still not resolved e.g. door handle to twin bedroom. The shelf in the fridge was held in by a piece of folded cardboard. The bottom shelf for the salad drawer was missing. The handle on the freezer section was broken. The dining table is glass topped with unprotected corners which could be dangerous for children. Open stairs dangerous. Could do with bannister on both sides. Bedroom window blind when down at night stopped window opening so no air in room.

shower leaked in to apartment below and the bath plug release didn’t work. Not ideal when 5 guests needed to use the facilities. check in and checkout times are poor, however this is clearly stated on booking.

We had a very good stay my 14 yr old liked the decor a lot.

I booked this property because of the view, it didn't disappoint, the beds were very comfy , only thing i could not find an iron despite an ironing board being in the property, would of liked a little more cupboard space for our own food, more than enough glasses and utensils. we loved our stay here and being so close to the harbor and steam railway, plenty to do in the area.

Need an iron in the property! footstool would be nice in living room.

Post fire break get away

Lovely location and great facilities.

The steps outside and inside were steep, our dog struggled so we had to carry him! One twisted knee and a pulled back later! We would not return with our pet but we would definitely return with friends

Great apartment with fantastic views and a great location. Has everything you need, comfy beds, most kitchen items other than done regular wine glasses. Great bath to soak in after climbing Mt Snowdon but the shower head and bar need looking at as a little unstable Would definitely recommend to friends & family
