Apartamento espaçoso, acabamentos novos e de boa qualidade, chuveiro bom e cozinha bem equipada com utensílios novos. Localização ótima, perto de uma praia muito agradável e de fácil acesso a pé (basicamente plano , considerando o relevo de Dubrovnik) perto de supermercados e restaurantes ótimos.
Ficamos 4 noites, estava tudo bom. Apenas o colchão é um bocado desconfortável, talvez possa ser o próximo investimento do proprietário. Tivemos uma questão com os lençóis, mas que o host se prontificou rapidamente em trocar.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet!
Das bedienen des Fernsehers bleibt für mich ein Rätsel …die WM war nicht Einsatz bereit.. Beide Sachen wurden aber nicht beim Vermieter hinterfragt da nicht notwendig ..wären aber sicher vom VM umgehend behoben worden.

Гарне розташування,близько до пляжу,магазину та закладів.
По приїзду було дуже брудно,таке враження,що ніхто не прибирав ,постіль була не змінена,сміття від попередніх людей не викинули.Купа мурах. Дякуємо власнику за швидку відповідь,та вирішення питання з прибиранням.
