Very close to the beach. Plenty of room for 5 of us. Clean and tidy and everything we needed.

Great location & size..useful having so many bathrooms, 2 ensuites, main bathroom & toilet/shower downstairs! Well stocked kitchen equipment & toys, etc. Bedrooms were a good size. Great sized, fenced off garden. 2 parking spaces on drive. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday, we would love to return!
Wire mesh around boiler outlet down side of house is dangerous, especially with small children. It is broken & rusty, with sharp bits sticking out, I threw a piece away that had become detached.
Some crockery & kitchen equipment was dirty but probably left like this from previous occupants.
House could have done with a more thorough clean.

Rockview is a good‑sized house with plenty of space, and the garden is also a great size. The location is absolutely perfect — just a very short walk to Beadnell Bay, which made getting to the beach really easy. The host was excellent and responded quickly to any questions we had.
Some of the bathroom areas and kitchen plates were not properly cleaned when we arrived. The downstairs furniture is quite tired and in need of fixing or updating. The biggest issue was the noise — neighbours on all sides were loud until the early hours almost every night, and the estate itself seems to attract groups who stay up partying. There were also younger people racing cars around and revving engines late into the night, which meant we didn’t get much sleep.
