Town Farm Cottages Beadnell by Coast & Country Stays

Nicely furnished, well appointed, comfortable bed

Parking

The location and decor was cosy We had everything we needed It was very clean

Some of the frying pans were very battered and not very useful for cooking The shower was sputtering The plug in the sink is broken kitchen

Location super, layout of the property great v suitable, comfortable bed, we did have a wonderful time together, just what we needed , after a v tough year.

We did leave feed back on the book left & took pictures. VERY Inflexibility re check-in & out - very - 5pm FAR TOO late to check in - told one thing then by office staff .... cleaners told us another ??!! Shower unit actually dirty, stain on the bedding, stain on the left side arm of the sofa. Roller blind in bathroom , v stained needs replacing. More light needed to be able to simply apply make up in bedroom Not what we expect cleanliness wise., for the money we paid. No mop/implement to be able to wash/wipe the floor with after our dog having a drink or from our wet footprints after being out in the rain.

Location perfect for exploring the area and beaches. Also close to several bars / restaurants.

Property was well equipped but the shower and toilet were of poor quality and very low water pressure.
