Outstanding Review for Le Palais Averroes – Marrakech (April 16–18) Our family stay at Le Palais Averroes in Marrakech was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The entire team—including Samir, Amine, Sana, Hamza, Fatima, Zahra, and Hasna—went above and beyond to make our visit memorable, but Yassine truly stood out. Yassine has a remarkable way of making guests feel like the riad is their own home. He is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional well beyond his years. His care and presence elevated our stay in a way we will never forget. We stayed in the Family Junior Suite, which features its own private patio leading directly to the beautiful pool and open deck area. The room was exactly as presented on the website—spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs as a family. It struck the ideal balance between authentic Moroccan charm and modern comfort. The onsite restaurant was another highlight. Having delicious, authentic Moroccan dishes (along with international options) available right on the property made meals effortless and enjoyable. Upon check‑in, we were greeted with a refreshing glass of traditional Moroccan mint tea—a lovely touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The staff also arranged transportation for us throughout our visit. Every ride was punctual, reliable, and fairly priced, which made exploring Marrakech stress‑free. Overall, Le Palais Averroes offers a warm, laid‑back atmosphere where you truly feel like part of the family. I highly recommend this riad to anyone seeking a welcoming, home‑away‑from‑home experience in Marrakech. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories, and we look forward to returning.

We’re so glad we chose this hotel over Riad in noisy and polluted old town medina. Hotel is lovely peaceful oasis, nicely decorated with beautiful well maintained green garden. Decent size pool with sun beds always available. But the best thing about this hotel is staff, each and everyone were absolutely amazing! They made sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. I can recommend hammam and massage it was fantastic. Good food in restaurant.

I wouldn’t advice to wonder outside of the hotel day or night.

I liked that the property was so large and spacious, you could walk around and plenty of places to sit and lounge around. Aesthetically it looks nice, the rooms as well, if that's what people care for.

We booked a room for 4 people, we had a few issues that I thought made this property not worth the price. The main bed was nice and comfortable, but the two extra beds that were provided were just cheap mattresses on metal stands. They were very uncomfortable and the mattress kept sliding off the metal stand. One of us had to sleep on the couch provided. The bathroom door was so loud, anytime someone was using it especially early morning or night time, it would wake up everyone. I've stayed at many Riads and Palaces in Marrakech, I have never been charged for water or tea usually. It came as a surprise when at the end they handed me a large bill for all the water and tea they have provided us. For a place of this pricing, I feel like it should be included. As every hotel or Riad or Palace I've ever stayed at has provided it free of charge. Furthermore, I paid for laundry cleaning 1 day before, and I was handed basically damp and wet clothes back the next day. I told the staff that I can't pack damp clothing in my suitcase as it will smell and had to ask them to dry the clothes. Even after asking them to dry it, they were still damp, I had to pack them and then rewash in Spain as it had picked an odd wet smell.
