The staff were so very accommodating. They really made our stay for a 20th anniversary celebration truly memorable for all the right reasons. Perfectly located between the old town and the new town, it’s great for exploring, or simply relaxing and enjoying all the hotel facilities.

The first place to start is the warm welcome. I recommend paying for the hotel to pick you up from the airport as they are super helpful and talk you through bits to see in Marrakesh. When you arrive you take a seat in the lobby while one of the guest services team check you in. Once in your suite it’s time to relax. Claris products throughout so no need to bring your own toiletries from home. The start of the show is the bed! This thing had me and my wife taking afternoon naps daily and thank you to Jamila from housekeeping who kept it pristine the entire stay. Not a crease in sight every day when we came down from the pool and the room was spotless. The rooftop pool is amazing with some chilled house vibe music in the background while you sun yourself. If you burn make sure you head up around 10-10.15am to secure a bed with shades than can be opened and closed as the normal beds have no umbrellas so the only respite from the sun is to take a step to the outer rim which is covered to sit for a while and cool off (not the end of the world but worth mentioning). Breakfast is pretty standard and has a good selection of options but definitely opt for a Moroccan tea whenever you can. We had tea in loads of places Nobu was definitely the winner! Pool food is the same many as the evening if you choose to dine at the rooftop which we did many nights for ease. Part of dinner there is a show with traditional Moroccan and African entertainment including some African dancing. Food is reasonably priced for the hotel vibe and quality at the rooftop which top and has some items from the Nobu restaurant downstairs in the hotel available too. We also ate at Nobu which is what you would expect. Top quality sushi and Japanese dishes with a twist but expect similar prices to London. The gym which I used daily is well equipped and kept spotless so if you want to train off the pounds you’re loading in daily from the food the hotel has you covered!
