    This comment will probably get deleted, but the hotel said that they have persistent problems with Agoda; emails do not arrive on time, reservations simply aren't booked, etc. I booked my reservation the day prior and then arrived at 3:00AM. The hotel was shocked to see a guest arriving then, and did not have a room reserved for me. After extensive bartering I was able to leave $200 in Moroccan Dirham (more than I paid for the room) as a deposit at the front desk. Genuinely ridiculous. This system needs to be fixed.

    We booked last minute and ended up having a great stay. It is a good 15 minute walk from the Medina which is great you are out of the chaos but close enough for the convenience. The location is also great opposite Nobu and some really good coffee shops close by. Staff also went out of their way to help. Definitely recommend

    Woke up to heavy hammer BANGING construction noise litteraly right above my head that did not stop. The rooftop is being renovated while the hotel is renting the rooms especially right below the construction on the 6th floor. I disagree. The hotel should not be renting out of the rooms if it’s undergoing construction. As a guest, I’m looking for quietness, comfort, and peace. Especially at the price the hotel is charging. If you have construction going on, you should not be renting out the room and taking advantage of guests. I complained to the front desk and I was told that a manager would contact me, no Manager contacted me about the situation. Four days later I contacted the hotel again and asked why the manager has not contacted me, I was told the manager is out for the weekend and would be contacting me on Monday. Four days later again, no one contacted me. Apparently the manager does not care. I would have held my review if the manager at least contacted me and compromise with me, but the manager showed no sign of taking care and follow up service. I was planning to add a few more nights at this place, but I’m glad I only booked one night. I packed my bags and GOT OUT. I found a hotel next-door half price and double the comfort. I will take this case up with a Goa and provide them with the videos for a resolution.
