Kind hosts Spacious room with air con (our TV wasn't working) Roof terrace over looking gardens, very peaceful with lots of places to lay down Lovely breakfast served after 8.30am with pancake, fresh bread, egg, coffee or tea Location wise it's within 15-20mins of main square Room was cleaned daily with fresh linens and towels There are small shops and snack bars all around the area (great espresso shop down the road with 15dh for iced coffee) Near palace so area feels secure with CCTV and guards It was a really nice stay and for the price a real bargain with its proximity to main areas and we loved the kindness of the hosts and felt at home. The sound of birds tweeting in the courtyard space every morning and little birds coming down at breakfast was very memorable, a very peaceful place.

There weren't really any stand out negatives, but just a few feedback points. There was usually someone on reception desk so it felt a little uncomfortable to use the pool area - perhaps the desk could be moved into the doorway area or downstairs bedroom repurposed to a office space. (seeing the desk reminded me of work!) The Riad was located at the bottom of a long street, taxi can only drop you off to the entrance of the street, so a further 5 to 10 min walk out of the main street, and whilst it felt mostly safe because of all the riads in the area/guards at nighttime you just have to be cautious - it's generally quite but just to be mindful!

The only thing is that you might be scared off by the walk towards the Riad but defenitly don't let it stop you!

Lovely atmosphere, from the dirty building site lane outside the door opens into what looks like a spa or hammam, very smart interior with a lovely atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff both night and morning and a good Moroccan breakfast to start the day. The hotel is basically a small two story courtyard with a glass roof and rooms radiating around a small pool at the bottom.

The map location given is incorrect by about 200m and with small signs its hard to find, no exterior window/fire exit so a bit claustrophobic and potentially dangerous in a fire, noisy and lacking privacy with large gaps round the door and no sound blocking from room to atrium and vice versa, I had a very bad sleep with late arrivals, early departures and a crying baby who all sounded like they were in my room.

Good location, the cleaning lady is nice. Nice pool and breakfast.

We didn't expect the owner to be there most of the time, made us feel observed and not that comfortable. It's not a good idea to have your working desk by the pool and talking on the phone loudly while your guests are there trying to enjoy. Despite this, he was nice and let us keep the bags at the Riad one more day. Also, the room where we stayed is very humid, needed to open the door during the night a few times.
