Nice hotel with only minor issues. No bedside lamps so all black once you turn off main lights that are as strong as the sun. Beautiful decor. Nice breakfast. Pool area nice, but we were there in winter.

Disappointing stay for a 5 star hotel – Amazing staff, but urgently needs maintenance We recently stayed at the Royal Mirage Deluxe Marrakech. While there were a few positive aspects, our overall experience fell well short of 5-star standards. The Positives: Outstanding Staff: The highlight of our stay was undeniably the team. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and went out of their way to help us with directions and recommendations. Great Location & Service: The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the general service throughout our stay was good. The Negatives: Poor Room Condition: Unfortunately, the room itself was in terrible shape. Things were broken and run down, including a badly damaged door. It clearly lacks proper upkeep. Badly Maintained Bathroom: The bathroom was in very poor condition and desperately needs a full renovation. Unclean Gym: The fitness facilities were dirty and did not seem to be cleaned or maintained regularly.
