Very Disappointed .

Near the city center and the sauna and near the supermarket also

Honestly when i booked the property it says free Wifi , but on the day that we arrived NO WiFi available!!! And that day its my Birthday and i need to connect to my families and friends around the world, I need to go to CITY Center to find a FREE WiFi i can used to connect and reply to my birthday messages. We sent messages to the host and she replied around almost 7pm which is not acceptable. Yes She sent the instructions how to get in the property but not telling us that NO Wifi in her property. She can a sent message to me one day prior my arrival that NO WiFi available in her property and for me to decide if i want to Cancel my booking in her property or NOT.

The apartment is airy, secure, has a lovely layout, and is equipped with all necessities. We enjoyed the views and loved the sauna. The grocery store and train/bus station is within walking distance. Definitely worth it.

We had to 'make-up' the duvets, which isn't something we've experienced anywhere else.

A very nice place

Location is best of the best. Everything is within easy reach: railway station from where the buses to Santa Claus Village, Santa Park and city center go, two supermarkets nearby. The city center is within 15-20 minutes walk from the accommodation. Sauna included in the price was also super in such cold weather.

The linen was clean but a bit worn-out. The temperature was -28C, so some extra blankets would be a good idea.

Gute Lage, aber Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Sehr gute Lage Nähe Bahnhof, aber trotzdem ruhig, Wohnzimmer und Küche okay.

Kommunikation könnte besser sein, Antwort auf Fragen z.Tl. schleppend. Code für den Zimmerschlüssel erst sehr sehr kurz vor Ankunft erhalten. Einchecken erst ab 16:00. Unflexibel auf Anfrage nach früherem Einchecken oder zumindest auf frühere Gepäckaufbewahrung. Unbequeme Betten. Für Bettbezüge wollte man noch zusätzlich 10 Euro / Person, was bei Buchung nicht bekannt war und ich deshalb auch verweigert habe. Zudem erwarte ich, dass bei einem Zimmerpreis von Euro 200/Nacht die Bettbezüge inclusive und die Betten auch schon bezogen sind. Bettbezüge waren in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und passten in der Größe nicht zu den Decken.

Muy familiar

El espacio, y la distribución de la casa, el salón amplio y accesorios muy completos para el dia a dia, la sauna muy bien tambien.

La cama era muy incomoda, muy fina. Es muy negativo que no deje sabanas ni mantas, y una vez llegas quiera cobrar 10€ por persona para usarlas. La ubicación de la vivienda está a 15min andando de la ciudad, si hay nieve un poco pesado, ya que los taxis son algo caros.

La ubicazione

Il servizio di Heidi Sadinmaa, pesimo perché non ha mai risposto le nostre telefonate ni anche i messaggi, l'avevo avvisata che arrivavamo verso le ore 13:00, il PIN che ci ha dato era sbagliato e mancava quello del ingresso, siamo rimasti fuori della palazzina a -28°C con un bambino di 4anni e questa persona no ha mai risposto le chiamate. Fortunamente cualcuno ci ha lasciato entrare, abbiamo dovuto telefonare a un numero trovato sulla baccheca è venuto unmanutentore ad aprirci il appartamento e abbiamo savuto che capita spesso con questa persona, perché non ha risposto neanche a lui. Poi la sauna non funzionava, il appartamento era freddissimo. L'unica cosa positiva è la posizione. Io mi chiedo come queste persone gestiscano senza avere un minimo di rispetto verso i loro ospiti... Ne anche una telefonata per scusarsi per il disagio. Non lo consiglio.
