Warm & cozy, but very overpriced.
The apartment was warm & cozy.
Small in size. Seemed overpriced for the space. The apartment was difficult to find initially. I would recommend replacing the door handle, as there was an issue with opening/unlocking the door.

Great property and host
Host was excellent and very responsive with any queries. Beds were big and comfortable.
Everything in the apartment was great. Location if you don't have a car isn't ideal but taxis very reliable and we knew it wasn't in town centre when we booked so were aware of this. Car hire would be recommended. There is a supermarket and McDonald's within. 10 minute walk which was handy.

Nice place for a quiet time in Rovaniemi :D
Place was spacious, clean and quiet. It was ideal to have some quiet time and to rest, and great that there was a sauna too. Communication with property owner was easy and reply times were quick. All in all, it was a nice place, and I would recommend or stay there again.
One of it's benefits can also be a disadvantage (distance to city center), but seeing that it allowed us to walk over a frozen lake, it was actually quite nice. Maybe the internet wasn't working so well all the time, smoothly and reliably, but after reseting the modem a few times, all was well.

Liked the clean apartment.. Had everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable bed I would stay here again
The lock on the door was very hard to twist.could do with fixing it.. Sauna didn't work for me
