Was going to move on, but read reviews are good here and decided to use as a base to visit places instead. Booked these extra days.
All of everything that we put in first review. Fab place.
40 minutes to Monaco so did that in morning.
Menton in the afternoon. Train cost on trainline app €25 return(husband comes under senior) sit on left for sea views.
20mins Bordighera. Very beautiful.
The old town is beautiful, by the roundabout is a tunnel, walk along a few hundred yards there is a lift.
Oh and of course the views of the old town from your apartment and hills are amazing. Last night we seen fireworks.

Spotlessly clean, on 5th floor with lift.
Best air con ever. Bed good, shower excellent.
Great balcony views over the old town and hills.
Well equipped. Had special treats. Coffee pods, breakfast snacks few bits in cupboard oil seasoning etc. Water in fridge. So many extras sun umbrella. hairdryer. Iron eww. Hoover. Full length mirror for the short people.
Meters away from beach. Very central location. 7 mins from train station. Great apartment
Not a moan more an observation. The intercom had a flashing green light, that we had to cover with a flannel at night. I'm sure there's a way to stop it. Honestly that's all, it really is a great place

La réactivité ainsi que la sympathie de Manuela. L'appartement très propre, très fonctionnel avec une climatisation qui fonctionne très bien. Côté salle de bain pareil super.Un tarif des plus correct vu la location.
Nous recommandons à 100%.
