Ideal for a short stay in Ventimiglia

A small, clean one room apartment on the fourth floor of residential block 150m from the sea with a comfortable modern spacious bathroom. A nice balcony with mountain views. Excellent contact with host with easy/flexible check-in check-out 😊 A good choice for a short stay in Ventimiglia. We enjoyed our stay and thanks for everything. The small bedroom is uniquely a room in a room with no external window

Exactly what I needed

The apartment is so comfortable, has everything you need, and is just two minutes walk to the beach. Everything in Ventimiglia is nearby. The host was so friendly and helpful too! Thank you!

Perfect location, lovely host and a very enjoyable stay

Parking space in close proximity. Host was friendly and helpful letting us check in early. Apartment had everything we needed and was close to the beach and other facilities.

Wonderful apartment with mountain view

Good location, walked from Station and met by host at property with a great welcome. Near shop, beach and lovely view from balcony (4th floor) of the mountains. Quiet area. Felt like every effort had been made to make our stay a pleasure. We were lucky to be there on a Friday and experience the amazing street market all along the seafront.

Only tiny criticism is that there were no decent knives for cutting bread or vegetables. Common problem we've found...carry one of your own from home!

It was beautiful, great views from balcony, apartments seems to be just renovated and has everything you need for your stay. It is located just couple of minutes from the beach by foot. And the host Mario was really pleasant and helpfull.

Close to beach! Close to center! Very clean! Mario was really nice 😊

The apartment was newly renovated and very clean. Air condition worked perfect! The balcony was large and had sun in the morning (and evening) overlooking the hills. We never cooked food but if you wanted to there is a good stove and kitchen utilitys for that. Large refrigerator, TV and closets in the hallway to put bags and stuff. We were 3 persons staying. 2 p in the double bed and 1 p i bed sofa and it worked perfect. The bed sofa was really comfortable to sleep in. Super market around the corner to buy newly baked focaccia, bread, pizza slices for the morning. The supermarket had a good assortment if cheeses, hams etc and all that you need for your stay. We loved the closeiness to the beach. 3 min by walk. The beach bar opposite Kaly hotel (5 min walk) was really good to have beach lunch, coffee and snack. Really recommend!! 15 min walk to the train station. There are restaurants along the beach walk but we walked to the very center every evening (10-15 min) to have more vibes of Italian town. Mario the owner was really nice. He let us check in earlier which was very good as we arrived early. We really appreciated that. Easy to communicate with through what’s up. We recommend Mario and his apartment. And would come back if we visit Ventimiglia again 😁

Comodo, ospitale e vicinissimo al mare

Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo: avremmo dovuto far check in per le 13.30, ma avendo sbagliando strada siamo finiti in Francia a Mentone. Contattando il proprietario, ci ha permesso di fare late check in, permettendoci di goderci il carnevale di Mentone con calma e senza fretta. Grazie Mario

Se proprio dovessi scrivere qualcosa.. L'appartamento, pulito, ordinato e ristrutturato si trova sul lungo mare, ad 1 minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia, sotto si trova un supermercato. Commenti negativi? Nessuno. Unica "pecca"? La vista non da sul mare ma da su una montagna, posso assicurare che il panorama rimane sempre bello (stanno costruendo un edificio proprio di fronte e a distanza di anni questo commento potrebbe non aver più valenza).

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit sehr freundlichem Gastgeber

Bei unserer Ankunft hat uns Mario sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Da wir schon früher als ausgemacht vor Ort waren, fanden wir es sehr schön, daß Mario es uns ermöglicht hat etwas früher die Wohnung zu beziehen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind sehr bequem und das Badezimmer ist recht groß mit einer tollen Dusche. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein sehr schöner Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge hat das ganze noch perfekt gemacht. Es war sehr gemütlich am Abend noch draußen zu sitzen und die Ruhe zu genießen. In der Straße nebenan ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und die Entfernung zum Strand ist sehr kurz. Mario ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und die Kommunikation per WhatsApp klappte hervorragend . Wir haben eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in der Wohnung von Mario verbracht und können diese absolut weiterempfehlen.!!

Si tratta di un monolocale che seppur piccolo ha tutto quello che serve. Per due persone è perfetto ma ci si sta anche in 3. A pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dal mare. Mario, l’host, è una persona squisita. E, cosa non trascurabile, ha il parcheggio.

L'appartement est très propre avec une terrasse sans vis-à-vis proche, situé à 15 mn à pied environ de la gare et à une centaine de mètres de la mer. Le propriétaire est très attentif et disponible.

L'appartement est visiblement un ancien studio transformé en 2 pièces avec la chambre "enfermée" dans le salon, ce qui fait de toutes petites pièces, mais pas gênant pour 1 personne. Le quartier est très (peut-être un peu trop) résidentiel.

Una chicca a Ventimiglia

Appartamento piccolo, ma con tutto il necessario, molto carino, accogliente e pulito. Mario è stata una persona molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è ottimo per chi cerca la comodità e la libertà: vicinissimo al mare, parcheggio disponibile sotto casa, a pochi passi c'è un supermercato molto fornito. Super consigliato.

Étape sur le retour des vacances

Si l'immeuble ne paie pas de mine, l'appartement est refait à neuf. Mario est très accueillant. Les lits sont très confortables la salle de bains spacieuse. La climatisation est très appréciable l'été. Il peut être compliqué de stationner autour mais Mario propose un parking (10€). Proche du front de mer et des plage, pas mal de restaurants à proximité, un petit supermarché, le quartier est calme.

Appartamento semplicemente eccezionale. Comodo, spazioso straordinariamente pulito ed ordinato. All'interno non manca nulla, tutto funziona perfettamente, ideale per un soggiorno confortevole. Il palazzo è tranquillo e dotato di ascensore. Proprietario gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza. Posizione centrale e a 2 passi dal mare, ristoranti e negozi. Un punto di riferimento a Ventimiglia sotto ogni aspetto.
