We liked the amount of space, number of bathrooms and toilets, as well as the proximity of the accommodation to an Osaka Loop Line station and different convenience stores.
There were some things that malfunctioned such as door locks and toilet bidet/spray (but these were resolved immediately). Also, no clarification regarding the 4th bedroom being a communal room i.e., also the dining/living room.

包含樓下的交誼廳兼餐廳，一共四間房，每間房都有衛浴，有小廚房可以烹煮，冰箱也很大，烤箱、微波爐都有，餐具也都很齊全，很適合團體出遊的旅客
第一天要check-in時，因為沒有密碼鎖號碼，所以在門外等了一下子，透過booking及系統都聯繫不到房東，如果能提早給，會更棒；洗衣機跟烘衣機應該很久沒清了，有點髒，但巷口有自助洗衣店，算是方便

The house is actually nearer to Teradacho (Osaka Loop line) more than Tennoji, so I think you can say the location is good. A little taxi drive with all our luggages and we’re at Tennoji, so i think overall the location is not bad. A bit small for my group of 6 adults but having 4 separate bathrooms is a game changer! It’s a Japanese style house so you can expect narrow space and footsteps sounds throughout the house.
If you are a shopper like me and my group, there will not be a lot of space for everyone. We have to rotate arranging and packing out suitcases as the spaces are so small. The sleeping futon is thin as well compared to other Japanese style house I stayed in.
