We have friends who live nearby so Osbourne House was a perfect fit for us.
The house was so close to the shops and cafes, and we found a parking space a few minutes walk away.
The shower hadn’t been cleaned well, it felt like generally the house had been given just a quick clean through. Dog prints on the black slate definitely didn’t fit our dog! The towels left for us smelt very damp and were not usable. There wasn’t a mat to place on the floor for shower so we used the only hand towel available. The bath would have been dangerous to get out of without a bath mat I feel.

Cute house, good location.
The house is lovely, in a good location, near a car park and quiet. Far larger inside than the facade would suggest. Plenty of towels etc. The inside of the house was very clean.
In the garden area there were cigarette ends which wasn’t particularly appealing! Also, the sofa was a bit stained and some kitchen equipment was lacking for example, a grill pan that fit inside the grill section of the oven.

Beautiful house very comfortable and wonderful beds & bedding, gorgeous decor. Very convenient for shops, pubs, Dylan’s… Great to have access to outside space. WiFi was great, lovely quiet street.
No washing up liquid, no dishwasher tablets, no kitchen roll, hardly any hand wash in bathroom and (understandable but annoying) little toilet roll. Entrance way smelled of cigarette smoke (from people standing in the doorway smoking? Next door? Don’t know for sure but not a welcome smell when entering the house). Tiny towels; who uses a towel like that at home let alone on holiday?! These are cheap easy things to remedy for a quality property like this. Stair gate was a bit of a trip hazard as we don’t have dogs
