Perfect location for us, very close to harbour and coastal path.
Well kitted out with everything we needed.
Immaculately clean.
Comfortable beds.
It was great.
For some people having the bathroom downstairs could be difficult (this wasn't an issue for us).
Personally I missed not having a radio or clock in the bedroom but that may be a benefit to others.

Great location, decorated nicely, kitchen had everything we needed, comfy.
It was freezing when we arrived, would have been nice if they had turned the heating on an hour before we arrived.
4pm check in is quite late & the office closes at 5- not much time to call with problems once you have carried all your luggage up from the street.
Virtual check in guide is out of date, incorrect information on how to use the heating & wifi.
No warning the water from the hot tap in the bathroom is absolutely boiling- I hurt my hand & I’m very glad it was me & not my child.
10am check out is early- especially as they expect you to strip all the beds & take out the rubbish.
Also they have photos of an electric heater but it’s made to look very much like a real log burner & as that is one of the reasons I booked the property it was very disappointing to find out it’s just electric. Bordering on false advertising as they especially have a photo of it on the website & list it as a fire place.
