Good location.
Kitchen was very basic. Towels small. Bedding though clean was marked/stained. Stains on soft furnishings. Kitchen table and chairs were rickety. Steep stairs between the main room and kitchen/bathroom could be problematic for those less mobile. Overall we felt the property lacked continuity of furnishings and decor. Parking was difficult and though we were advised that we could park anywhere around the harbour area there were no parking and keep clear signs everywhere.

The property was really clean, had all we needed and the location was wonderful. The fish and chips from the local cafe was great and there were places to sit and walk to enjoy the historic harbour and beautiful coastline. The bathroom was spotless and looked new. Super comfy bed and lovely bedding. We only stayed overnight to go to a festival but if we had longer it would be a great place to wander round and discover what is there. Some interesting old houses, good places to eat and the coastal path nearby.
Would be nice to be able to sit by the window to eat if possible?

See below; there was no breakfast.
The property however was superb, beautifully done and great location for my Fife coastal path walk as it was right on the walk path. I like that the wall mounted TV swung from the sofa chairs right round to face the bed!
There was no breakfast; this was the only down side as because I came on foot (walking the Fife Coastal path) I did not have the means to drive to a shop to acquire breakfast items. I did however find the local cafe the next morning to have some bought cooked breakfast which was nice. Maybe when booking you could ask whether the customer is on foot/ walking the FCP and provide a wee box of individual cereal packets like the ones that Kellogs do? Just in case the walker cannot find any breakfast elsewhere or in time for them setting off for the next leg.

Excellent location opposite working picturesque harbour, slightly spoiled by ongoing drainage refurbishment but able to drop off and pick up baggage then park reasonably close. I would suspect Parking could be an issue in Summer. Fine bed and good linen, towels etc. Underfloor heating & radiator in dining area. Fine and welcoming Bar cum Fish & Chip restaurant 2 doors away. Decent sized fridge with ice box.
Some form of cooking facility beyond Combi Microwave & Toaster if making a longer stay than 2 nights. A heated towel rail or radiator linked to the one in dining area in the Shower/toilet would be much better than the fan heater especially in Winter.

Beautiful studio apartment with all the amenities required, providing a great base for exploring the East Neuk. Lovely harbour front setting too!
Check out time feels a bit early at 10am given a lot of the things in the surrounding area aren’t open, or are only in the process of opening, at that time. An extra hour would be ideal and wouldn’t feel as rushed into leaving the area.

Parking was super convenient, the entire street in front of the place was free to park on. We loved the location right on the harbour and Pittenweem in general was a great place to be based in when exploring Fife. We were able to check in early to the place which was nice because we had just landed in Scotland and were in desparate need of a mid-day nap. Check in instructions were really easy to follow which made the whole process smooth.
The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. The place was cold because the rad was in the kitchen and away from the bed. We found some minor stains on our sheets. There was another exterior door that led into an alley where we could sometimes hear water dripping—at first we thought it was a leak or a shower in one of the other units.

Good location. Cosy and reasonably well equipped - except the lack of a hob. Very good bed and linen.
Wifi didn’t work for a day or so, but the lady in charge did her level best to resolve and finally did. Hats off to her.

Beautiful, if bijoux, house. Ideal for a short break. Great location for visiting the East Neuk and St Andrews.
Front door requires a really good push.

Modern property, was nice and clean, had all the facilities you needed for a self catering holiday.
The brick wall is lovely, but crumbles during the night, some of the brick fell away and we woke up to my partners phone covered.

Quiet,peaceful and calm location.
The two high steps up into the kitchen and
shower room. The lack of a hob for cooking.

Great flat, on the ground floor with everything you required for a warm, comfortable stay during your holiday
The stairs are very deep and a hand rail/small banister would be a lovely addition as there is a tendency to put your hand on the wall on the way down them each time.

lovely little stone (cold) cottage heated by one (yes one!) radiator in kitchen. Great spot - next door but one to chippy and opposite working fish market. In a converted house with shared hallway so you must like noisy neighbours
The place was cold on arrival (March) with the heating not scheduled for the season- despite the owner expecting guests! Having stone walls meant there was a constant chill and with poor sound proofing we were kept awake by other guests playing music into the small hours and banging doors whilst smoking and talking outside our window: lovely smells and sounds. Not at all the restful stay the owner wanted us to have. But complaining got us nowhere and we were offered a discount on a return visit. Too funny for a reply!

the old chandlery is beautiful, cosy and clean. it was perfect
there was nothing I didn’t like. previous reviews mention it was cold but it wasn’t. the under floor heating meant it was very cosy which was great as it was wet and cold outside!

Central, nicely proportioned, very clean and tidy.
Perhaps useful to have information about heating as it was extremely cold at times.

Great location, and great accommodation
Maybe need a heater in living area as felt the heater in kitchen was to small to heat all the accommodation. And also maybe a hand rail to hold on to when entering kitchen area.
