A few minutes drive to central Ferrara. Patisseries (Tropical is great with friendly staff) and takeaway shops close by. A short drive to a huge iper coop and /or Familia supermarket.
The lift to the apartment is great (small) to transport luggage up and down. Also having a secure parking spot in the courtyard right next to the apartment block was fabulous.
Having a washing machine to use for 6 people was an absolute bonus.
Plenty of dishes and cutlery for everyone. Dishwasher, microwave, a stovetop kettle and a big fridge were very handy.
The huge dining room table to fit everyone.
Screens on all doors and windows đ.
Apartment block is right on the corner of Via Aeroporto & Bologna so easy to find keys in lock box right beside entry door in via aeroporto. 2 sets of keys was a real bonus. Thank you!
A fold down /pull out table in the kitchen would make the kitchen more functional as the little table already there cramps the space.
The mattress on sofa bed was a little thin but would be okay for kids.
The need to stagger showers for 6 people means that some hot water was available for all.
Air conditioning available in bedrooms didnât quite flow into lounge/dining area so a fan in there would be a good addition, or another air conditioner.

Appartamento spaziosissimo pulito ed attrezzato con tutte le necessitĂ , in un condominio tranquillo.
Staff molto cordiale, e premurosi nel soddisfare le richieste.
