About this apartment rental

Penthouse/Atico apartment near and above el Puerto Marina, within a secure, high-end residence with elevators and wheelchair access (except for wheelchairs in the bathrooms).
Air-conditioned and fully equipped to comfortably accommodate 5 adults and 1 baby under 2 years old. This 120m² apartment features a beautiful, private terrace offering breath-taking panoramic views of the Andalusian mountains on one side and the sea on the other.
The terrace is furnished with a table and 6 chairs by a renowned Italian designer. High-speed 600Mbps 5G Wi-Fi and two large-screen TVs are provided, one a Smart TV with cable and the other with satellite.

At the foot of the residence, you have direct access through the gardens to an outdoor swimming pool, and a few minutes' walk away, you'll find the various beaches around the Puerto Marina with their fine, golden sand shores, lined with palm trees where parrots live.
The proximity of the water sport’s center allows you to enjoy all kinds of water sports.
We are close to numerous shops, bars, and restaurants, along the cost and the Marina.
A vehicle is not essential, but we can recommend car rental companies at Malaga Airport, located 9 km away, or in the city.
Secure parking is available in shared or in a private lot #63 within the residence.
A welcome drink is offered.

    The apartment was light, spacious and well equipped. The terrace was large and had a beautiful view but lacked comfortable seating. There were no instruction manuals for a lot of the electrical equipment. There was a lot of the owners personal property on display and many of the wardrobes were used for his storeage, leaving little available for our use. We had a major problem communicating with the owner's representative as we do not speak Spanish or French and she could speak almost no English.
