Modern and completely renovated apartment on the seventh floor with a large sunny terrace and panoramic views of the sea, the city and the mountains, located next to all amenities and a very short distance from the beach.
Very well-equipped kitchen open to the living room with dining area, sofa bed with Smart TV (British channels and Netflix), access to the terrace with dining table + 4 chairs and 2 very comfortable folding chairs for sunbathing and sleeping. There are 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with a large shower. Large master bedroom with room for a baby cot. Second bedroom with single bed and a bunk bed.
Fully equipped property with central air conditioning (hot and cold), ceiling fans, washing machine, climalit windows with shutters, safe box, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, towels, bed linen and fully equipped kitchen.
Very well-maintained community with 4 elevators, beautiful gardens with a large swimming pool for adults and another for children. The pools are open from approximately June 15 (may vary by 2 days) to approximately September 15 (may vary by a couple of days as well).

The property couldn't be in a better location. Great views and the Host Martin went above and beyond when we mislaid the apartment keys. He left his social arrangements and drove an hour to let us into the apartment. Couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough. Thanks for a great stay

Great area to stay in. Spotless apartment with large balcony, lovely views of the sea, Marina, and Benalmedina. Beds and bedding comfortable, and kitchen provided all that was necessary. Washing machine worked well, and drying equipment provided. Supermarket was right across the road. We had a great holiday. Thank-you to Martin, for the use of the apartment and all the clear instructions re checking in etc.

This property is just perfect. Impeccably clean and modern with everything you need for a stay however long or short. Loads of storage and space for everyone. Tv is great for the kids and has English tv plus Netflix, apple etc…. The balcony is huge with a large washing maiden but the best thing is the sunshine that hits you from about 3pm - ish (maybe earlier) until the evening - it’s just gorgeous. The owner makes contact at the time of booking and responds to questions straight away. He meets you at the property to briefly talk you through everything then leaves you to it! Brilliant location, really close to shops and bars and also the road that has the main bus through Benalmádena all the way to Malaga and about an 8 minute walk to the beach. Perfect apartment, perfect location, super host - will definitely return.
