La Conciergerie du Cap is pleased to present this splendid villa, nestled in the heart of 44 hectares of land, just 200 meters from the beach in a quiet, lush setting.
THE VILLA
Completely and tastefully renovated in 2024, you’ll appreciate the spacious living room and kitchen, which open onto the outdoor area featuring an 800-square-meter garden with beautiful terraces.
The house features 4 beautiful bedrooms. Two bathrooms with walk-in showers and 2 separate restrooms complete the layout.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: an oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and toaster. You’ll have access to a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The living room features a magnificent wood-burning stove (wood not provided), which is very cozy in the late season. The outdoor areas are very comfortable; you’ll have access to a real outdoor shower, a plancha grill, a BBQ, and a shaded patio for dining. A parking space for your car is also available, as well as a storage area for your bikes and a bocce court at the back of the house.

ACCESS
The house is located in the highly sought-after 44 Hectares neighborhood. You’ll have access to the beaches of the Bassin in just a few minutes’ walk.

NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED IN THIS PROPERTY; noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.
OPTIONAL LINENS (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels):
- €30/person for 1 week,
- €40/person for 2 weeks.
If you wish, we can provide bicycles for an additional fee, subject to availability.
